Did not work with daughters style of artificial tree. I have the same style of tree stand and works great with my artifical tree.

I had this same tree stand for over 15 years when it stopped working. I ordered this one and it has work great. It does not make any noise and rotates smoothly. I love see all my ornaments as it rotates!

I was very disappointed in this product and service. It came in great physical condition. We put in under our 7' tree and immediately the rotation was very jerky. After several minutes it stopped. I slightly pushed it a bit and started jerking again along with a loud snapping noise so it never worked properly. I returned it in the exact same packing and condition it came and then was told that I have to lose $37.05 restocking charges even though it was a totally defective product. They did refund the balance but I do not feel I should pay restocking. I wonder if I got someone else's return since I saw some similar problems in the feedback section. Buyer beware of the policy of this product.

Really didn't want to pay more for a rotating stand than I did my little tree, but I can't imagine a non-spinning tree. That's out of the question after having one. So after my original one which came with a tree died, I tried several cheaper universal ones the past several years and they were all terrible because the tree pole never fit just right into the various sized adaptors they come with and I was always jamming things in trying to get it to stay straight. So I watched the price on this in my cart for all of 2024 and the price never went below $114. I did some research to try and find it elsewhere in September and realized this company doesn't make this anymore so it's possible when they ultimately sell out they may be gone forever. Decided to jump on it and I'm so glad I did. Unlike others with adaptors, this has screws to tighten to hold the pole, and while we did opt to replace those screws with better ones, it works like a charm to get the tree straight and sturdy. I did a Halloween tree for the first time ever because I didn't want to wait until now and not be able to return if it didn't work. But it worked great and now my tree is redecorated for Christmas and I just love it. Thought about doing some kind of spring tree next and just leaving it spinning all year. I took one star off because it does miss one feature that every other one I've owned had and that's the ability to reverse direction. It's not really a big deal but it's easier to unwrap lights and garland if you can spin it opposite direction. But the tree standing straight is more important, and at this point I'm literally begging for a well working rotating stand so I would not let that one feature stop me from buying this again in the future. I do hope it last for years or at least long enough for another well working one to come to market.

We had a product many years that was exactly like this. In fact it lasted almost 20 years. One day it died. We went to the local box store and found a rotating base. It was cheaper, smaller and we bought it. Well it died after 1 yr. We did not exceed the weight limit, it was just junk. I started looking for the rotating base we had. And I found this. Its fabulous. Its so quiet, turns so slowly and evenly. Very very smoothly. I will never buy a different cheap again. Highly recommend. Imo well worth the money.

Over the last 3 years we've tried at least 4 different rotating stands. The others were all loud. One melted, one clicked, but this one has been perfect so far. We made it through last season and it's been up this season since November 10th. Yeah, we start early. So, from my point of view I've got 2 seasons out of it already and not one issue so far. We paid $127.10 including tax & shipping, which is certainly more than I wanted to pay, but now that it's made it's second season i'd say it was worth it. It's gonna have to make it 3 seasons to justify the current pricing (Dec. 2021). I'd stay away from the Home Heritage brands. I tried 3 stands of theirs and 2 different models. I also tried the Best Choice branded one, which was the one that melted. I see alot of bad reviews on this stand this year, which might have kept me from buying it had I seen them last year, but from my experience, this one is a winner. I think maybe some of the bad reviews are from trying to jam a tree in the base that doesn't fit. Do your research and try to be gentle putting the tree in. These trees are heavy and I think you can do some damage if you aren't careful. Don't manually spin the tree once it's in the base, don't jam it in forcefully. I've actually put vaseline on the pole of the tree before, which I recommend for a tight fit. I'd also remove all the screws before putting the tree in and put them back after it's seated. Good luck!
