The slides, 22 inch in this case, are quite good for the price point, the soft close mechanism works as advertised, smoothness of operation is proper. However, not all is good in the shop, the supplied screws, eight per pair of slides, are very poor quality. The installation instructions say the screws are pan head, the screws are actually flathead. The threads on the screws are rough and crude. The material is very soft, I almost broke several while driving them in, pure Chinesium. IMO, the quantity should be twelve per pair, three screw in each part of the slide and the screws should be pan head configured.

I had these professionally installed, and I can’t even open the drawer. They’re so stiff and of course the drawer won’t close either without me slamming it with my hip. I don’t know what to do. I’m trying to get in touch with the company.

Because they do close the drawers gently, they take a little force to open. This is exactly what I wanted for my motorhome application. They keep the drawers in the galley closed when I go around corners. The previous slides did not do that.

Bought these to replace some old style drawer slides that my children had broken. These are definitely more robust. Once I installed some blocking, installation was a breeze with the included instructions. I probably could have gone down on length because I can pull the drawer completely clear of the cabinet, but I'd rather that than the alternative.

Had issue with 1 slide that had a defect so lost one drawer set. However, all the others worked as expected and installed easily so I’m pleased.
