Mostly good, for the price. Sturdy for the job but won't take much abuse either. Instructions diagrams were inconsistent in a few places, but everything went together just fine.

I live in a small house with little storage, and I bought two of these. I have them back to back with one of the leaves up and it makes a wonderful kitchen island with lots of storage. When I need a table, I turn them around and lift both leaves. With some tall folding chairs, they make a good table. I have no complaints and love the way they look.

It's essentially an MDF box on casters with a few nice touches like a fold-up extension top. Not very hard to put together, just takes time because of all the hardware. The unit is tall and narrow and the casters are fairly close together, so it does not feel very stable. Also, the casters are hidden by the skirt, so you cannot reach the locks on the casters. I am using it as a stationary storage cabinet, so I removed the casters and the skirt. Otherwise, I would be concerned with it tipping over.

Not a bad island. It’s a little small, so better for a smaller kitchen. Pretty easy to put together. The only complaint is that the wheel locks are not accessible without lifting it and turning on its side.

This has helped our small kitchen. We don't use it as an island due to how small our space is but we have it in a corner and it's like having another counter when needed. I really like the drop leaf because I can use it when we have had company for more space, but day-to-day I keep it down. The drawers and cabinet are pretty spacious and has helped with storage.Material wise it's a little thin, but for the cost and what I need it for, I think it's well worth it.Directions for assembly could have been a bit clearer. I've put my share of furniture together and I found that looking at the small picture and the holes on a board to determine if it's turned the right way a bit of a pain. Took longer than I anticipated, but the pieces went together with no issue.

I will not ever buy this again, hard to put together, it is very fragile, screws come out, from this junk wood on cupboard doors, I am attempting to beef up with real wood, that will go inside around frame every where. The top cover is made of the best kind of wood.
