The pad is MUCH bigger and substantial than expected. While it is pretty darn comfy, the sheer size and heft of this thing makes it not very portable or easy to store. It puffs up, as all memory foam products do when you remove them from packaging, but this was much bigger overall than anticipated. Rolling it up and taking it camping would be a pain.

This mattress is exactly what I was looking for. It is lightweight and convenient. Because it is vacuum packed, you will need to give it a day or two to fully expand once you unwrap it. But it will reach the stated dimensions and thickness. It has a non-slip bottom and elastic straps at each corner for securing to a cot, if needed. The cover has a zipper and comes off for washing. There is a strap to use that holds it together after rolling up to carry or for storage. Unfortunately, it did not come with any instructions or tips, so the straps were a little confusing. There is a picture on the product page, but it isn’t that helpful. Overall, this is a great camping mattress!

This is quite nice.The quality is good and is comfy. The cushion/padding holds up well and is easy to roll up and transport. The size is good but could be a foot longer. Good for kids, not as good for tall folks.

This mattress is much more comfortable than an inflatable sleep pad for camping and it doesn’t have the loud crinkling sound that most inflatables have. It is bulkier and heavier so I wouldn’t recommend it if you’d need to carry your gear far, but for car camping it is great! Plus no need to pump it up and worry about it getting a hole in the middle of the night.

There’s a peaceful part of the garden where we all like to lie down and relax and look up at the sky. We’ve been using outdoor chair cushions so far, I didn’t even think outdoor mattresses were a thing. I’m very happy with it, very comfy, with the waterproof cover I won’t have to worry about accidentally leaving it outside in the rain. I’ll update with pictures next spring once I get more use out of it, the weather’s a bit too cold to enjoy it properly at the moment. Much more portable (and cheaper!) than bulky outdoor furniture, I recommend it for your outdoor stargazing needs.
