Thin and flimsy. Sticks to your foot slightly when you step on it. It creaks loudly too. Oh, and the grips are weak so it slips on tile very easily. Looks okay though.

I am actually using this in our sauna and it has been great.It is very nice looking and has worked well for our needs.

I really like this shower mat. I hate the feeling of the traditional carpeted / microfiber bath mats when they're wet; it just feels gross to me and it feels like over time they just feel dirtier and dirtier the more you use them, regardless of how well or often you clean them.This bath mat, while not cushioned, offers an alternative to the traditional, squishy-when-wet, easily broken down bath mat. The wood slats are made from quality bamboo wood, and they don't pinch or feel insecure when you step on it. I got a 58" long mat and it stretches from one end of our tub to the other, which I absolutely love. I mix a few aesthetics throughout my house, and it fits perfectly with my bathroom decor. While I do need to find something to run underneath it to create some contrast (the hardwood floor in our bathroom is almost a perfect match, so I do want to grab something to create some color separation for contrast), it looks incredible in my bathroom already and we no longer have to worry about whether the mat is dry if we want to take a shower right after someone. You don't really realize how much it annoys you until you have it another way!I also think I might try taking this mat to the outside area near our pool as a transitional mat. I don't want to just leave it outside, so if I do, it would be something that gets brought out for use and put away when we're done, but it just seems like it might be good to transition into the pool area.Overall I'm really happy with this bath mat- it's a unique alternative to traditional mats, which have always irked me, and I'm thrilled to no longer be stepping on squishy carpeted mats.

These are very nice mats from an aesthetic point-of-view. I am only giving it 3 stars because the slats of the mat are pretty light. Walking on them makes a good bit of noise as they lift and resettle to the ground on a tiled bathroom floor. If your feet are wet, or otherwise sticky, the noise factor increases substantially and the slats want to stick with you. I wish the slats were heavier.

Not as heavy duty as I expected but it’s fine for the moment. Doesn’t slip on a very slippy floor and is comfortable for my bare feet.
