Just assembled so I reserve the right to change this if it doesn't last.Feels sturdy and feels very supportive on my back. It is less deep than I would like, leaving a lot of room from its front to my knees. I am 5'11". The seat is too hard for my liking, but I will put some cushioning on it. It does not adjust height as much as typical but goes both higher and lower than I need.Assembly was easy and I was very pleased to see one extra of each bolt and washer. Didn't need them but always less stressful if you don't have to panic about losing one. The back was a bit difficult to get on, needing constant pressure while screwing the last 4 bolts.Looks great and professional.

I bought this cheap affordable chair for back and head support while I do my homework! Shipped super fast! Kind of difficult to build but I have no complaints it’s a very comfortable chair

Very comfortable chair. Not that hard to put it together by yourself.

I have had this chair about a year and a half - the cushions have flattened quite a bit over time but still relatively comfortable. No issues with the wheels, rolling, rock functions, easy to put together. The only complaint I have is the armrest has already cracked where I rest my elbow/weight. Seems this should have held up better for the short time frame. Perhaps they need to reinforce or add some type of additional pad on the arms. The white is really pretty and accents my space well, but does pick up a lot of dirt and unfortunately some paint off my desk.Overall, knowing this wasn’t a top level grade office chair it was a good purchase - I keep a throw over it as your legs do stick if in shorts, and eventually I’ll have to try to repair the armrest so it doesn't start looking awful.

Had some issues with Delivery! But got the chair. Beautiful and comfortable. Had one once before as a gaming chair, same kind but bought it from walmart. I used to fall asleep in it all the time. Now i have it for work! One of the best chairs for the cheapest price you can get! If you want a more comfortable chair then this..... your looking at about 300 bucks. Which is next on my list!It comes with its own screws and washers. The manual is self explanatory however you do kinda gotta play the guessing game. It's pretty simple! match the screws up with the ones in diagram. It comes with an Alan wrench. Your hand might be a bit tired tho. I advise to tighten them with super lock tight or gorilla glue so they never come unloose. And gorilla glue the bolt covers on.Keep in mind if you use gorilla glue..... they will never come off. Lol. But as far as tighting it.... do not over tighten it. Tighten enough to where you have to put some pressure on it to turn it half way and stop.Another tip, it's a bit of a pain to set it up with one person. If you got an extra set of hands... use em. If not.... you might be their for a bit.Start with setting up base. Then put arms on seat.(Keep bolts loose but screwed in. You'll see why later when you tighten them down)Then attach back to arms and seat.(Now make sure bolts are in holes and tighten them down. But not at once! Do about 4 turns, move to another one. Then the other side. It's like tightening lug nuts on the wheel of a car. If you tighten one all the way down it will throw all the other bolts off and make it much more difficult to ease the bolts into the holes they go in)Then attach seat to base.Believe me. It's way easier if you do it like that instead of how the installation instructions say. After that, put the caps on the holes to cover the bolts. If you don't glue them, they will pop off ..... their not..... super good. But!!!! 1 or 2 drops of gorilla glue and you never have to worry about them popping off. (They seem like they go on their tight, but they don't stay on!)

I purchased the Homall Office Chair in March of 2022, with high expectations of comfort and functionality. I liked how the chair looked, its price point, and it received positive reviews. Unfortunately, my experience with this chair has been underwhelming, to say the least. Several issues, ranging from poor quality to difficult assembly, have left me deeply dissatisfied with my purchase.Let's start with the assembly process, which was an absolute nightmare. The instructions provided were not terrible, but not great either. It took me significantly longer than anticipated to assemble this chair, and I consider myself fairly handy. If you're not well-versed in putting together furniture, you may find yourself extremely frustrated.Another significant issue I encountered was with the chair's hydraulic cylinder. It has already started failing, causing the chair to slowly sink, regardless of the adjustment settings. This rendered the height adjustment feature useless and made for an uncomfortable seating position. I expected a durable and reliable chair, but sadly, this was not the case. The armrests were also a major disappointment. They started to deform and indent where my elbows and arms sit. The rest of the chair is fine. I can sit it in all day, so that is a positive. I mainly lean a bit forward and don't have time to lounge backward. On top of all these issues, the Homall Office Chair proved to be quite noisy. Whenever I shifted my weight or made any slight movements, the chair emitted creaking and squeaking sounds. Not only was it an annoyance, but it also disrupted my concentration while working and is embarrassing on conference calls. Having such a distracting and low-quality chair in a professional environment is disappointing. If I read this review I would have a couple of questions about the reviewer. I am 6'3" but well below the recommended weight. I review plans and specs as part of my job, so I am good with instructions. My hobby is woodworking which requires skill and a calm demeanor. Yes, I did retighten any connectors that became loose through normal wear and tear.I should have spent more money on a quality chair since I am now looking to purchase a different chair 1 year later. I would advise others to take that into consideration. Spend a little more and keep less junk out of our landfills.

I’m really disappointed with my purchase1. The leverage does lock in place!!2. One hand-rest screw was missing so I had to go to the Canadian Tire only for buying a single screw!!!!!3. You won’t be able to tilt the seat-back forward and backwards!!!!It shipped on time and the assembly was not a pain
