USE OF DIFFERENT PARTS
(1) Small arbor is applied to 3/4 inch, 7/8 inch and 1-1/8 inch hole saw (small saw).
(2) Big arbor is applied to 1-3/8 inch , 1-1/2 inch , 1-3/4 inch , 2 inch , 2-1/8 inch , 2-1/4 inch and 2-1/2 inch hole saw (big hole saw).
(3) Apapter is used for connecting the small arbor and big hole saw.
The hole saw kit is widely used to drill hole at wood, PVC, plater board, plywood, duct, plastic, drywall, soft plaster, corn hole boards and thin metals.
The hole saw kit is perfect for different professional and normal projects around house, yard, hospital, hotel, factory or outdoors.
How to assemble big hole saw and big arbor?
Pass the center positioning drill on the connecting arbor through the center circular hole on the back of the hole saw, and rotate the connecting arbor.
When the thread on the connecting arbor is about to rotate into the hole saw, align the two black bolts on the connecting arbor with the two small round holes on the back of the hole saw, and then rotate the other turntable behind the bolt until it is tightened.
How to assemble small hole saw and small arbor?
Pass the center positioning drill on the connecting arbor through the center circular hole on the back of the hole saw, and rotate the connecting arbor until it is tightened.
How to assemble big hole saw and small connecting arbor?
First, screw the adapter onto the small connecting arbor, and then screw them onto the hole saw.
How to replace the center drill bit?
First take out the hex key, align the shorter end with the hole on the connecting arbor, turn it counterclockwise, replace it with a new drill bit, and then tighten it with the hex key.
ATTENTION:
1.The small arbor is applied to 3/4”, 7/8”, 1-1/8” hole saws, the big arbor is applied to the others.
2.Before using the hole saws, please select a fit rotation speed for tapping.
3.The material must be fixed well, making a 90 degree angle with the hole saws.
4.Add coolant or water continuously during operation to prevent the edge from cracking due to high temperature of the tooth tip.
5.Keep drilling slowly when the pilot drill bits through the material.
6.Stop drilling immediately if the hole saws work abnormally during operation.
7.The constructure of the big arbor is anti-spin and 2-pin lock, so the saw maybe still slightly loose when the arbor pins engaged, it's normal. It can work well and securely.
8.The small arbor and hole saw would become tight after drilling, it's normal. There is a groove at the bottom of hole saw (3/4 inch, 7/8 inch and 1-1/8 inch ), and the handle of the small arbor is also hexagonal. Two wrenches could be fixed in these two positions, and then rotate reversely to loosen them.

It got the job done, I don’t need a hole saw very often so I bought a cheap set. You can definitely tell it’s a cheap set. The pieces don’t snap into the box and the smaller ones just roll around in the case after you close it and turn it sideways to store away. Feels like cheap powder coated metal that won’t stand years of use.I used them to cut conduit holes out of pvc and I drilled a couple bigger holes out of some plywood. They worked well for me but like I said, I won’t need them very often so these will be fine for me. If you are a professional or plan on using them often, I would definitely opt for a better set.

These hole saws are just as advertised and have performed flawlessly so far. I've used them to cut hoes in the doors of my pickup for stereo speakers.A quality product at a nice price.

I don use one every day but these hole saws have done a good job for what I've needed them for. They do need a drill with a larger chuck and I wish they were a little deeper as going through dimensional lumber requires you to drill one side and then go to the other side to finish the hole.. Not ideal in some situations.

You get a lot of sizes for the price, but the drill bit connector sucks. It doesn’t lock in to the saw blades, so you end up overtightening the bit into the saw blade when you try to use it with the drill. I ended up buying a Milwaukee connector and it works so much better.It’s still worth your money to just buy this kit and buy a Milwaukee style connector. But it would be great if they sold a quality connector with this kit.
