With this bench, I can fold in the leg extensions to use it as a step exerciser; slant the back support to do face down bent over rows with my dumbbells, or raise the leg extensions and lie on my back for chest and shoulder work with the dumbbells, and do stomach crunches. Changing the set up is simple with levers at each end of the bench. Loving that I can get a decent work out without having to invest in a full-on stationary weight machine. (I do leg work with a treadmill that I’ve had since 2012.) Set of dumb bells and this bench about half the price of a low-end stationary weight machine.

i'm sure this product is just fine for cardio or light weights, but the incline is just not study enough for any dumbbell weight over 30lbs. the single lift arm on the incline portion will probably cause wobbling with any medium weights. I technically wouldnt know cause i did not use the product *wink wink seller-spreetail.spreetail charged me a 50% restocking fee for an inspected but unused item, buyer beware

So I ordered this, and it just would not work. The adjustable part of the bench to allow for exercises like bench presses would not work. Even after my mechanically savvy fiancé played around with it. So I ordered a replacement. The new one showed up, same exact issue. Luckily the second one, my fiancé was able to take apart and put it back together so it actually works now. It’s sturdy, and hasn’t given me an issue so far, but still not great that it had to be reassembled.

Seems pretty sturdy but it needs more padding or maybe a removable padding. Hurts to lay on it unless your heavy

I use this as a bench for both flat and incline strength exercises, using dumbbells. I am happy that the maximum load of the bench is over twice my own weight as that leaves a lot of room for my gains. Slightly awkward to fold and unfold, but not too bad. Easy to move by lifting, doesn't weigh a lot.My only primary complaint is that the one hydraulic rod that supports the incline is the only support. Since it supports the incline from the center, the back wobbles from side to side a bit; which does not exactly inspire confidence for my safety when I'm doing incline bench presses. It hasn't failed yet, though.

A bargain at around £70. Have seen similar at £100 more. Very solid. Two heights or angled bench. Great pneumatic, fully adjustable backrest.

I purchased this recently & while it looks beautiful & feels sturdy while in the flat positionWhen heightened & inclined it felt quite flimsy & like it wouldn’t last with repeated heave weight usageI loved how it’s more square, making it feel wider & love that the backrest is pneumatic & able to go to any angle but only having the 1 central support brace meant the backrest flexed from side to side & the legs didn’t feel like they were securely fixed in place either when lifting weight they also flexedUnfortunately I have decided to return it as I don’t feel like it will last for heavy usageWould be great if you’re using lighter weights or using for step ups etc but not suitable for me & im gutted because I love how it looked in my home gym

Very pleased to have found this bench. It's light weight but feels very sturdy and stable when I use it, has room to store my resistance bands, and both heights are useful for me as a short woman (5'). And unlike the other options I considered, this one is simple and black rather than being colored like a giant athletic shoe, so I can use it in a multipurpose room without making the whole space feel like a gym or garage.

The bench is solid, sturdy with a wide variety of inclines. It is easy to make adjustments to the backrest incline, which lock into place as do the feet. I’m not afraid that the bench will move when I jump on it. The texture covers the entire surface unlike competitors’ bench. I appreciate that it is solid black and not a wacky color-combo.
