I love the product itself. it is heavy duty and great quality. i hate the little screws that came with it to hold into the wall. It does have instructions to help you but I needed more explanation of how to work them than just pictures. I have never seen any like them so It was a first for me to try and get them in the wall and I am still not sure they are done correct but it works so we are going with it.

I am just LOVING this item! The hardest part about installing it and using it was deciding where I wanted to put it up! Installation was a breeze, and I love having a place where not only can I hang things for the final drying, but also use this as part of the ironing stage of laundry, so that I can do all my ironing BEFORE going to the closet to hang everything up! This has been a real blessing to me, as it has allowed me to streamline laundry day. It is well made, extends easily, and stays put until you collapse it. And yes, it can handle the weight of a queen size quilt easily. I am actually considering another one so that I can hang the quilt to dry when I wash it, and still have a place to hang what I'm ironing. Or for those times when I wash all the quilts and duvet covers.

Recently my dryer went off to dryer heaven and I’m a punch I had been literally hanging all out wet items all over my house to dry. This turned into quite a job as I was constantly going through rounds of turning each item around… multiple times until they were dried. While scrolling, I ran across this, and on a whim, placed an order. Installation was super easy, and I have paneling in my laundry room and wasn’t sure how it would hold… we are a week into using it and I love it! It is still totally secured in the wall, and li used ever hook, every place a hanger can go and everything will be completely dried when I come back! And once I purchase my new dryer, it lied flat against the wall and I can use it no problem for all the non-dryable items!

This is a well-made, sturdy drying rack that folds away against a wall. The frame is not cheap metal, it's a robust steel, and it doesn't sag when extended. This definitely needs to be mounted on at least one side into a stud, or loaded, it will probably tear itself out of wall anchors. You really need to get some proper 3" button head screws for this, the included set is a joke. It would have also been more effective for mounting if holes were drilled in the center of the mounting frame, not just the sides. So, as long as it is mounted properly, this rack should perform well and last a long time. Recommended.

We love this retractable drying rack for air/sun drying our clothes in the backyard! Before, we used a foldable clothes hanger that we had to set up and put away each time, but this wall-mounted rack has made our laundry process much more convenient. It folds neatly against the wall when not in use, saving space while still holding a ton of clothes when extended.Installation was straightforward, though the 6mm drill bit was a bit tricky with US-standard drills—it took some back-and-forth to get the hole big enough for the wall anchors. But once the holes were ready, the rest was a breeze. Overall, a sturdy and well-designed product that makes laundry day easier!

Great product but as other Amazon reviewers state the hardware is a bit difficult to use. The included bolts work, but they are very tricky. They come prethreaded on the expansion posts, however, most come threaded backwards which will cause them to strip prior to holding up anything. So my pro tip for anyone buying this product....Buy it it holds an amazing amount of wet clothing/ towels/ bags etc. BUT CHECK THE DIRECTION OF THE EXPANSION BOLT HARDWARE!!! Even a little bit of tightening in the wrong direction will render the bolts worthless, and they are a very difficult to find very obscure size and style. They may or may not come prethreaded incorrectly, but just check the the taper end of the bolt is going INTO the collar. If not you will more than likely will end up at a hardware store wondering why you spent good money on the drying rack. You spent your hard earned money because it's a great rack keeps out of the way when not in use and can configure on any direction you want making it standout in a laundry room in any home.

Considering the price, I expected a very well made product that would last a lifetime. This does not seem to be the case. First off, there are no instructions for installation. Second, the bracket and hardware to attach to the wall are incredibly cheap and not sturdy. We are only able to hang very light things like gloves on this or risk ripping it off the wall. The clips are also very cheap. This was a huge letdown as I was excited to have a hang dry setup like this in my laundry room.
