These two planters are easy to install. It took me all of five minutes and they are securely in place. I wanted to make a better-looking gate to the back yard. These dressed it up even without flowers (that sounds absurd, I realize, but I am waiting for spring). The design makes it easy to move them to a different location if needed. The metal planter and frame appear durable enough to last for years. It is all sturdy. The coconut fiber (coir) liners seem good for the job and is doing that job. The added garden tools are a bit of a surprise. The added hardware is a good attentive detail, though I did not need it. All in all, this is a good product. After looking at similar items I believe this is a competitive price.

First off, this deck planter looks good. I waited to write my review because I wanted to see how it held up through the winter months. I got this in September, so instead of using it for flowers, I planted lettuce in it. I was able to get a harvest before it got too cold, so it definitely drained water well and wasn't toxic to plants. We've gotten through most of the winter, and while I have this planter on the railing of the porch so it's somewhat protected, it has handled the snow, rain and wind well with no rusting or peeling of the black paint. I like this product so much I'm going to purchase another one.

These two planter boxes have a very nice look and there was only the hangers to put on for assembly. The look well built and should function perfectly for plants and flowers on the deck. They came with all the hooks to hang and came with some small garden tools. I think there should maybe be three of these boxes to make it a good value for the price and skip the tools.

Fantastic planters! They are made to be hung on the fence but look so cute filled with flowers and set on the shelf under my window. Easy to unpack and fill with soil and plants. The coco fiber is thick and strong but allows for excellent drainage. Very good value for money.

This really is an attractive hanging basket. What can be frustrating is the lack of assembly instructions. If you have a lot of experience or are good with your hands you probably won’t notice. This also comes with some garden tools which felt like a bonus even though it’s clearly part of the overall package. The metal feels mostly strong for what you’re getting and at the price you’re getting. Once assembled and hanging it does everything it should. The coconut liner is a really nice touch too!

The planter looks great and fits most standard railings, but it doesn’t handle heavier plants well. Be cautious about overloading it with soil or larger pots.

These planters with coco liners look nice on my balcony railing and the size is convenient for small plants, The coco liners provide a natural aesthetic and look very pretty. However, I found the coco liners are not very effective.Honestly, as per the description, coco liner support water retention but these don't help at all. But yes, air movement is pretty good. Overall, the liner is not perfect but its good. The planter itself is metal and heavy duty. Plus point, the width of hanging hooks is adjustable.I will still recommend these planters.

This deck or balcony planter box is twenty-four inches long, and about seven inches wide, and about seven inches deep. It comes with all the hardware to hang the box, including screws, sinkers and rail supports. It also comes with a gardening tool set of a spade, a trowel and a garden fork. When planting, it is best to first soak the coconut liner with water, and put in soil, then seed or plants and add more water afterwards. If perlite is added to the soil, it will retain moisture better.I like this planter as it contains everything you need except the soil and seeds or plants to get your container garden started. I also like that it is deep enough for plants to put down long and healthy roots.
