Heart rate is off by 20 pints. The ring always says 82 for me and did for months which I trusted until I compared to my work vitals machine (I’m a nurse practitioner) and my boyfriends pole watch - both of which read 62! Which btw is much more normal for me. This goes without saying that my blood pressure was also off - watch always read 111/72 and my read BP is 95/55. Needless to say, sleep ratings is likely also off.Really disappointing. I thought I found the cheaper version to the fancy rings. You pay for what you get for!

Likes: look, comfort, fast charge, easy set-up, ability to change sync intervals, sleep sync works great after a couple of refreshes on the app.Cons: battery life since I have to charge it every 36 hours. At first I only had to charge it every 72 hours. I've only had it for about two weeks.Size runs small. BP is a little off compared to what a BP cuff reads.Overall it's not a bad starter purchase. I didn't test the waterproofing due to the price and didn't want to chance it.

I like this ring for the step count, blood saturation, and heart rate, but for the Blood Pressure and Sleep functions, it is way off. The ring will say I slept 13 MINUTES whereas, my smart watch, as well as my SleepNumber Bed monitor will both say 8 + hours. Maybe my finger shrinks while I sleep or something and it just cannot read it, but it is consistently wrong, so I ignore that reading. As far as blood pressure goes, my normal is 120/70 and this thing has me at 138/80 area. I have a blood pressure monitor and know that the ring has it a little off. But, having said all that, for $30 bucks, the ring is good for just monitoring my steps, heartbeat, etc., both of which seem to be accurate. IF it were more expensive, I would be returning it though.

I’ve been using the HitTopss Smart Ring for a while now, and I have to say, it’s exceeded my expectations. It’s incredible how much fitness tracking power can fit into such a sleek and compact design. From accurate calorie tracking to monitoring my heart rate, blood oxygen levels, and sleep patterns, it provides a detailed overview of my health that I’ve found both insightful and motivating. One of the things I love most is its durability—being fully waterproof means I don’t have to worry about it during swims or intense outdoor workouts. It’s become part of my everyday routine, and the seamless iPhone compatibility makes checking my stats on the free app effortless.I opted for the gold design, and honestly, it looks stunning—elegant and eye-catching without being too flashy. It’s rare to find a wearable that combines both functionality and style this well. For anyone looking to stay on top of their health without sacrificing aesthetics, I can confidently say the HitTopss Smart Ring is a worthy investment.

No bells. No whistles. No frills. Exactly what I was looking for in a fitness tracker! Tracking steps with any of these devices (watch or ring) really only measures the number of times one's arm swings. An app on my phone is more accurate (though not Google Fit, which overcounts!), but I want to be able to actually walk away from the phone sometimes, which is what prompted me to buy the ring. While my primary goal wasn't achieved, the ring was more accurate with counting steps on the elliptical (versus my older watch) & I liked the extra data features. I would have given 5 stars if the step tracking was better than the watch. This is definitely worth the price & no frills app. I didn't even create an account, because the app doesn't require that. I can still see the data & history of my data.
