Love this for healing nasty wounds, burns, and injuries. It can stick on an oozing wound but pretty much anything will. Helped a bad burn from a motorcycle crash heal well! Also used on some narly road rash with very quick healing! I’ll spare the photos though…

Purchased for my mom who has developed leg ulcers due to lymphedema and at first it felt good on her skin but it didn’t last long before she was extremely uncomfortable. I think it’s a good product but not for situation. I would try it again on something not so invasive.

Here is my story....I was out chopping limbs on a tree that I had cut down in the spring. It was incredibly dry and tough. I was nearly sawed through on a limb when I decided that I could use my foot to bust it off the rest of the way. In doing so, my foot slipped off as I brought my heel down. I was immediately pierced by a very sharp stabby limb. It was deep enough that the first liquid that came out was clear! I immediately went inside and cleaned it up, putting a bandage on it. I immediately ordered the Manuka Honey Gauze Dressing! I am so happy with this, it has been about 5 days since I started using it and my impalement wound is healing wonderfully. I was worried about infection since it was so deep. I highly recommend this for anyone in need of dressing for their wounds!
