These work well to take the edge off my slick carrier's straps. The actual cushioning is very squishy, so it doesn't pad much at all under load. It does provide a degree of pressure dispersion, though. Using a thicker pad or firmer material may benefit revisions of this product. Overall pretty happy with it for competition and overt use. The pads look like part of my carrier and the loops provide new cable routing points.

This is the best 23 bucks I've ever spent! Highly recommend to anyone wearing a vest for long periods of time. My shifts as a police officer are 10-hours long and work many days in a row. I did make a slight adjustment by removing the tabs so the velcro underneath is now exposed and could adhere to my carrier which has loop on it.I was looking for a product that saves my body from aches and pains as I'm a recent cancer survivor that had many surgeries on the upper body. My left side has a 7 inch long incision and my right side upper chest has a pronounced 3x1 inch long raised portion made of scare tissue that bothered me very much.This product does a fantastic job displacing the weight evenly across my shoulders and provides generous cushion from the gel on my affected areas....to me....12/10 recommend!!!

COMFORTABLE. Boy was i pleasantly surprised by how much these pads changed the comfort level of my rigs. I reccomend these for any over the shoulder straps known to man. Slings, duffels, tool belts,Cariers etc.

I bought these for my Velocity Systems Low Vis Assault Carrier and they fit perfectly and after wearing this for an 8-10 hour patrol shift the difference was extremely noticeable. The 20lbs feels like 10 after putting these on and the straps no longer dig into my shoulders. Highly recommend if you have to wear a plate carrier for extended periods of time.

HSGI makes great gear and these pads are no exception. They are gel filled and made my body armor much more comfortable. I have an AR500 Veritas carrier and I like it for it's lite weight and compactness, but after 4 hours or more in it, it gets really uncomfortable on my shoulders. These pads alleviated that issue. I highly recommend them if you spend a lot of time in armor.
