Had this product installed on my car for less than 7 weeks and it failed and threw an engine code on my car. Had to bye another one at local parts house and pay a shop again to install it. The return window for this part was closed by this time.

Finally got this Catalyst Converter installed on my car. Lett than a month later the check engine light came on again. The shop said it was the same part again. Now what. Put the car back in the shop and pay AgIn? Its almost Christmas and dont have money for that again!! Not happy with this part at all. Neil Hough

2011 Chevy Equinox AWD 2.4LCame on time, bolted into place but touched the front diff heat shield just enough to make a vibration noise. Works as a bolt in pipe not as a converter very well. Cat code popped back up a week after install even with provided o2 spacer and new o2 sensors. Can’t be too upset for the price vs oem quality. Will fix a clogged cat but you’ll still get a code.

Received product promptly and was over whelmed to get started by replacing this on my vehicle from the old one. The product is very well made, sturdy, new and identically the same as my old catalytic converter. Unfortunately the new one only came w/ one import for the downstream censor and not the upstream. I gave it a 5 star, because this product is worth the money and time, though I couldn’t install it.

This was a perfect fit for my 2014 Chevy Captiva. Cleared the code and car ran fine. One very minor issue was the exhaust hanger was about a 1/4" to long and rattled on the frame. About 10 seconds with an angle grinder and it was perfect.

Encajo perfectamente lo instale yo mismo, lo mas complicado fue retirar el anterior por lo oxidado, el único inconveniente es que la tuerca y el tornillo no es la misma medida, no se si así sea, pero creo que debieran ser igual, así como el soporte del cojín (varilla) debería tener tope como el original para que se mueva con la vibración, nada que con un poco de ingenio no se solucione. en cuanto al sonido si disminuyo; en cuanto al testigo se apago por si solo con el escáner marco la falla corregida, ahora solo falta ver las emisiones y ver cuanto dura.

Lo instale el 3 de Noviembre y me borró el testigo de check engine error P0420 en mi equinox y hoy 12 de Diciembre me volvió a encender el mismo código.
