Does NOT direct fit 1997 B2500 3.9 v6 van. The front inlets are about 1/2-3/4" too close together if you are looking to clamp onto the orig exhaust. Cut the old cat out right at the welds... so, at least they'll hear me coming while I figure out how to fix it...

Made check engine light go away with correct filters. old catalytic converter was gutted by previous owner. Fit perfectly on my 1997 dodge ram 1500. o2 sensors fit perfectly. Cleared up check engine light. It muffled my exhaust quite a bit but sounds a lot better than before

I haven’t installed this yet but one good thing different about the actual one and the pictures is that it has two bungs. The inlet and outlet are slightly tilted sideways but that won’t be a problem for me. It’s about an inch shorter than my stock catylatic converter in my 99 ram. Overall it’s worth the price, over the oem replacement from the part store. I’ll Be welding this in on one end and clamping the other so the 1 inch difference also doesn’t affect me.

I used this for a 1995 ram 1500 with the 5.9 magnum. The only difference between oem and this one is that the space between the exhaust headers is a tad smaller. 1" down to 3/4" if i remember. What i really liked is there is 2 bungs for o2 sensors. Over all size and length is the same.

Had to take mine off because of a loss of power. When I get it off and turn upside down most of the honeycomb fell out. Kinda mad it hasn't been 6 months. And my original one lasted 400k miles. This one about 22k miles. I should be reimbursed for that. Considering the cost to have it put in and out.

It fit in my 1999 ram 1500 4x4 with a few clamps extension pipe and some welding. Compact and seems to flow good no restriction. My truck is actually louder than with the old hallowed out cat. It has a dynomax race bullet and its a little to loud.
