I had to replace this part. The gasket that came with this thing was horrible. I had exhaust fumes leaking into my car, it sounded loud everytime i started it up. Soot was building up where the leak was.The fit was correct, the gasket needed is metal. This one had some sort of cardboard gasket that didn't hold up and when replace fell completely apart. It's was just over a cheap part.

This manifold and cat came with an oxy port plug, decent Reinz-style gaskets and nice hardware (two sets of lower flange studs and nuts). It was in every way identical to the OEM (Toyota serial num) manifold on my 2005 Camry, down to the exact shape of the bends in the cylinder pipes. The fit was perfect. The gaskets smoked a lot on start but sealed up nicely. Would buy again and recommend. No instructions on high is what you should expect with this type of part.
