Polesnow Hidden Camera Detector Review:I was a little hesitant to purchase these type of gadgets because sometimes they don’t work as advertised etc., but with so many stories in the news I decided to buy me one. So far I was impressed with this model/company. It’s pretty easy to use with simple instructions. It has been able to capture WiFi and camera existence in a room. I have used it in a hotel room and thankfully I it was able to capture WiFi. For the camera detection I have tested at home and it has captured my camera that is watching my dog during the daytime hours. It has other functions that I have not used yet. What I am not sure/clear if this gadget can me put in my backpack when flying vs on a checked luggage like I did last time I traveled. I am worried that TSA may take it away from me and I will be very upset. So if the seller is reading this and can clarify I will appreciate. But so far it was a good purchase. Will recommend.

I travel a lot and was concerned about hidden cameras in hotels as well as companies I audit. I purchased this device to detect hidden cameras. It's very easy to use and to travel with. So far I have found two cameras I was unaware of. One at a hotel and another at a location I was working at. I am very happy that I bought this and I can very much recommend it to you if you need something like this in your life.

This found all of my cameras that I have around my house so I have no doubt that it would be able to find hidden ones when I take it on vacation with me. Pretty straight forward to use and has different options for detecting cameras and gps trackers. I’d buy it again!

Bought this to look for a tracker placed on car. All I got was a "beeper". It beeps at everything from metal to plastic, simply moving around, but not for actual devices. It could not find my iPhone, a Tile tracker or an Air Tag. It just beeps to beep. I should have read more reviews because many people say the same thing. When it start beeping, you are supposed to reduce the level to "zone" in on the item. However, at a level 1 or 2 it does absolutely nothing. This does not work, it is going back.

The settings are WIFI, works good and will pinpoint the router! Full band, will tell you if a cell phone is on but can't pinpoint it, will not pickup small spy cameras unless they have infrared and can't pinpoint it, infrared works great but is way too sensitive and there is no adjustment for it, magnetic is useless I tested it on some fridge magnets and nothing but a 50# pull neo magnet is detected at 6" distance. I don't have a listening device like a bug or one of those Apple GPS disks so I don't know if it will work on them. Why did I buy this? Air B and B and someone slipped one of those apple things into my luggage on a trip. Unfortunately I threw it out before buying this.

I found a GPS tracker on my car my ex had placed there, and my lawyer wanted me to pay a P.I. to sweep my car for hundreds of dollars. I tried this device and have found three GPS trackers with it. It's small and light weight and I can keep it in my car and check it every day now. Pretty easy to use. Just make sure you turn your phone off before you turn it on because your phone will set it off.

Very useful, easy to operate and pinpoints hotspot areas instantly. The red light option enables you to see cameras hidden out of sight for easier detection, increasing security. Battery life is great; lasts weeks on a single charge. Very durable, can be dropped from 6 ft without problems. Sensitivity can be adjusted. Design is modern and performant.Make sure to turn OFF -not airplane mode- all your devices, WiFi hubs/routers, cell phones, anything that would give false positives.Only gripes would be that the sound level cannot be controlled, especially if you’re doing covert surveillance. However for the price, it’s very worth it.

This is a small powerful device that packs easily in your suitcase for travel. In addition to detecting cameras it can detect all types of RF, EMF and electronic device radiation, included but not limited to: Wi-Fi signals, radio wave, RF limits, cell phone calls and messages, smart meter radiation, microwave radiation, etc. Can also detect magnetic concealment devices mainly for detecting GPS trackers with magnetism, magnetic pinhole cameras, magnetic bugs, and so on. Can also be used as an anti-theft alarm by detecting motion when placed on valuables.
