Just got it today and so far working great. I use Senseo brand coffee pads and they fit perfectly in the ground coffee basket. The temperature adjustment is really handy as well. For the Senseo brand pads I adjusted the temperature to 202f at 5oz and it brewed perfectly. I also have an off-brand coffee pad from Italian Coffee that is smaller and managed to barely fit it into the espresso basket by wetting it slightly. It came out perfect with a nice crema. Again at 202f but with a 3oz measurement. I also made loose leaf tea using the K-Cup basket and that came out really good. YMMV for tea. I'm a fan of Nespresso when I'm Europe and can't wait to pick up pods the next time I visit Portugal (they are dirt cheap there). The only draw back, it's loud and vibrates, moving even my heavy measuring cup. Otherwise I hope this machine lasts many years because I'm already enamored with its small footprint and versatile design. Also, you don't need a PhD to work this machine. Just do a little research and play with it. Coffee and tea are meant to be enjoyed. Why not try to make it the best tasting experience possible. If you want to just make basic coffee, get a can of Folgers and a regular drip coffee machine or a jar of instant coffee and boil some water, instead of giving low ratings to features that coffee enthusiasts really appreciate. By the way, my biggest coffee mug fits with the espresso/ground coffee adapter so don't be turned away by the cup size limit in the pics.

LCD Display: The screen clearly shows any adjustments I make, which is incredibly helpful.-Cons:1. Customizing coffee can be a bit challenging for starters, and remembering which buttons to press for different settings can be tricky.2. Cup Size Limitations: It doesn’t accommodate my taller glass cups; the seller specified a maximum height of 3.9 inches. Luckily, my mugs fit perfectly.3.Lightweight Design: The machine is lightweight, so if you use a lighter cup, it might wobble during extraction, requiring some manual adjustment.

Been using it as iced coffee using espresso powder and the capsules. Quality is very impressively fair and taste great. Very easy to operate. Machine itself is slim and fits very well for my small office.

First of all this coffee machine is very small and slim and fits into my small kitchen area and has many functions and options to choose from.I have been using kcups for the past 10+ years and been buying iced coffee almost everyday, by having this machine already saves so much money. I used espresso powder and cold iced coffeeand taste really good. I really don't have much complaints. Just needs enough practice to use this machine and you should be good to go!
