Makes a great addition to most types of Battle Belts that have 4 contact/lift points.Thinly-padded shoulder straps, with various attachment points, even allows for attaching small pouches, up to MAP packs on the back.It is breathable under assault packs and rucksacks.

I've had a battle belt for several years now and after adding magazine pouches, an IFAK, a dump pouch, pistol holster and a tourniquet, it was getting a little unwieldy even with a rigger's belt with Cobra buckle. I figured I would try one of these to help distribute the weight off my hips but without putting it all on my shoulders. The straps are nice and padded, but I want to mitigate hot spots as much as possible. The H-Harness is perfectly serviceable as is, but I fabricated a multicam sternum strap (the one it comes with is a light sand brown color) and made all of the attachment points to the battle belt quick release with buckles. Just running straps through the battle belt D-rings would have been sufficient, just wanted to make it quick release. Figured it would be a nice setup for when I didn't want/need to wear a plate carrier. Will update if there are any wear/stitching/longevity issues. So far so good.
