The only issue I had was that the white spout that came with this filtration system arrived broken. The lever that opens the spout was completely broken. However, I did end up using the spout from my old water filtration system and it fit on there with no problems. Other than that small hiccup that I had, setting this up either at home or at camp sites has been so easy to do. I like the option of not always having to have bottled water, which is helpful but in those case of emergencies or if we run out, this water system works great. I mainly have used it when we are cooking and it really is helpful. Every time I use it, I get nothing but clean and drinkable water. No weird smell or taste either. Plus, this system doesn't leak.

A poor man’s Berkey! Worked great camping and I use it in my house now too. Holds a lot of water, filters fairly quickly. Water tastes way better than my tap water.

You cannot get this product anymore. The filters slow down or stop working after a couple of weeks. They're labeled as being able to last from 3-6 months. It did make my tap water taste nicer but was still over 300 ppm....not expecting a reading of 0 but in the low 200s or high 100s.

I bought this product for 75.00 thinking I was getting a high quality water filtration system. What I got when I opened the box were 2 of the cheapest plastic buckets one could sell. They were flimsy and the thinnest plastic one could imagine. The holes that were cut into them looks like it was done in someone’s garage. See above pictures. The whole system consisted of 2 worthless buckets, a plastic spicket, brass connector and a water filter. I went to Home Depot and bought all the parts for under $20. And that included some nice thick plastic buckets that will last use. Took me about 30 minutes. Do not waste your money on this product. They are selling garbage and pricing it out at $75. Ripping people off.
