I just received my item and only 1/3 of the pattern was included in the kit. I sent an email and received a quick response to call the 1-800 number. I do not live in America and I cannot call toll free. I asked for a non toll free number and never got a reply. I have now ordered a second kit hoping the full pattern is included.
