Used this “bond enhancer” to coat a bare plywood floor in the bedroom of our 5th wheel travel trailer prior to installing new peel-and-stick StainMaster carpet planks. Worked like a charm. This product was easy to apply, dried fast and definitely helped the carpet planks adhere. The odor wasn’t as bad as I'd anticipated after reading other reviews. It does have a slight burnt rubber smell, which is understandable, since it contains latex.

I just feel that the description was inaccurate.Self primers are different than bonders.

Don’t waste your money this product does not help. The tiles stuck better before applying this to the subfloor.

Very easy to apply. The peel and stick tile we put down has stayed in place with no lifting.I was surprised at the consistency of the product which is very thin.

I bought extra bottles because of reading reviews and I should have gone with my gut feeling. I had 260sq ft to cover and 2 bottles was plenty! Even the bottle says max coverage is 100sq ft.. I had puddles and still couldn't get rid of the second bottle.Definitely has the consistency of milk on the watery side and stinks!

So far so good. Easy to use. Easy clean up with just water. If my tiles are still attached in a year I'll come back and give it 5 stars.

This product looks like milk in the bottle, and is as liquid as milk. It rolls or brushes on easily, dries quickly, and made an excellent base for my self-stick floor tiles. The product seems like diluted white glue. I don't know if that's right, but it works well and washes up easily in water.

Vinyl plank flooring instructions aid to use this stuff so I bought it. Easy to apply and dried in thirty minutes. Not really sure if it made any difference to the vinyl floor planks actually sticking though since I still had to add liquid nails to the nearly the entire back surface.
