These are great quality. The install is well described and fairly easy. The product is clean built with great a great finish. The springs really make a difference when put on a half-ton truck. Squatting is pretty much gone with a heavy load behind the truck. I wish the price was a little less but at the end of the day these are worth the cost. I recommend these to anyone that have a truck that needs a little extra help on the springs.

I didn't open the box immediately and check the contents even though one end had been taped up because of damage to the box. I waited several months before I performed the installed. All eight of the crossbars were missing. I had to make the crossbars out of 1/4 in. by 1 1/2 in. mild steel flat bar. The installation went well along with an Offroad 2 1/2 in. leveling/lift kit with shocks. These overloads help keep the truck more level when loaded. They work as advertized even when at the recommended max gross vehicle weight, which is about 2200 lbs for a 1/2 ton truck. About three dozen 60 lb bags of ready mix. Preload took a second adjustment after some use. This took 20-30 minutes tops along with checking torque on all mounting bolts.

This has been perfect so far, my only problem was that the setup calls for 32 nuts in order to properly double nut the bolts but they only sent me 16. A slight inconvenience since I had to spend an extra $40 on nuts that were a different size since nowhere around me had that specific nut and another socket but overall great product.

I liked that it fit perfectly and was an easy install on my 2015 Sierra, It took about 1.5 hhrs to install, I was alone to do it, power tools are a great help otjer wise double or more on the time. I recommend this product.

Buyer beware, i got this and the box looked slightly beaten up (not a big deal its a heavy box) but when i opened it... missing was a bag of washers and nuts, and 2 silencer bushings. They made me pay to return the crap they sent. So all in all im out $40+. I will update if they make it right, but lets not hold our breath.What i got seemed to be quality, but i do not wanna do business with someone that shady.

The springs were a great addition for my 1500 Silverado. Easy to install while flat on the ground under the truck. The 2017 requires the one u-bolt to be flip like the 2019 picture in order to miss the brake lines. Only problem I had was the shipper should have banded the box, it came open but lucky for me all the hardware was still there.

This took about an hour to install. Pretty easy install with not much headache. Took some time to get the bolts tighted correctly on the spring. Great function and the polyurethane bushing keep a quiet ride.

Purchasing a camper in the near future and bought these to better handle the trailer weight while towing. Installed on a 2010 Silverado 1500 LS 2WD. Very easy to fit and there looks to be a lot of adjustment if one would like to have them softer or stiffer. Have not towed with them yet, but they have made the truck feel much more solid, with about 1/2 recommended adjustment. Contacted Hellwig directly as I needed assistance (through no fault of the product) and they replied very quickly. Great company who stand by their products.

They really increased the load limit on my heavy duty three-quarter ton pick up. They're not noisy and they only slightly stiffened the ride. The springs could have been about 2 inches longer on each end to make the installation easier.
