Dropped rating a bit because I really wanted/ needed the slight’t bigger model ‘75 blue’. But hasn’t been available for over a year now! But have to replace my burnt out RV fog light before early early Spring. I will have to make from scratch a new compatible mount. It will be a bit dimmer/weaker than the otherside fog light... but at least I won’t see the mismatch as driver!

I bought 4 of these to go on the brush guard of my truck. I use these as primary highbeams so that i dont lose my foglamps when i want to light up down the road. Just 2 of them perform better than my regular highbeams. when i have all 4 running it is almost like daytime. They really do have a 500 meter beam pattern! Would highly recommend these to someone looking for low profit lights.

Anyone would think that when u buy Lights for a car (FOG/DRIVING lights) you would get a pair but based on what I HAD TO READ AND RESEARCH, this product only comes in ONE ITEM ..... smh READ REVIEWS PPL they will help you make the right choices

My only complaint is that the lens should be as strong as the available stone shield or should be sold with the available stone shield. Without the available stone shield and these will not last long. With the stone shield and they will last for years.

These lights are well made and bright but far too bright to be added to low beam assistance. You cannot angle these down far enough to avoid stray beams of light from hitting oncoming traffic. I will have to switch the relay to the high beam circuit and look for different lights to use with low beam.

I have been "reminded" by four local law enforcement representatives that my Hella lights were on. A state trooper told me that these are the brightest he has ever seen. Illumination, after all, is why we add lights. The beam is a slightly vertical ellipse so that even when illuminating the street near the car, the top part of the beam shines far ahead. I have seen retro-reflective road signs illuminated three miles ahead. My Honda Insight is really small, a subcompact. People pull out in front of it like it's not even there. Running the Hella FF50 lights in the daytime adds more "presence" to my frontal area. A result is that far less people pull out in front of me and instead wait until it is safe. Collision avoidance was an unexpected but welcome side effect.
