After using the detector for a couple of days the instrument quit detecting Helium. I fully understand things like this happen. We will always have to deal with things that do not work sometimes. Once something does fail, it them becomes about the seller. Will they take of their product or not? There were some communication timing issues at first, but once things got rolling this seller was responsive and stood behind the product, replacing it with a new one and next day air shipping. For the cost, the detector works as described and is a good value as compared to others on the market. The five stars go to the sellers support efforts.
