I ordered this item 2 times. Both orders incomplete with hardware missing. The 2nd, had parts missing with everything else. Directions, lists of contents, nothing matched up. Most disappointing. Am I just lucky?

The instructions was not clear. It took me a bit to figure it out but it was fairly simple to assemble. So don’t tighten anything at first. Overall great product fast delivery.
