When the garage mat brand that I used to use wrapped itself around my front wheel while backing out of my garage (must have had a sticky worm on my tire or something) , I figured I'd better try a different brand and bought this one by Autofloorguard.For 14 years this one has held up extremely well, no rips or tears, cleans up easily, and most importantly hasn't betrayed me by wrapping itself around my wheel. Like others have said, once in a while it'll bunch up if I turn my wheel too hard, but anything would, and it straightens out easily. I'm extremely happy with this brand!It's served me so well I thought I'd get a shiny new one and replace the old one with a new Autofloorguard!

This product is exactly what I needed for Minnesota winter slush. Contains all melting snow and ice falling off my vehicle and is easy to squeegee off.

Spent the extra $20 bucks for it at the last minute thinking, 'Why not'?... But, now I can park my snowy car back farther and set the snowblower in front when it needs to drip off melting snow.The squeegee with the telescoping handle comes in handy to move the water to the area where it collects most, making wet vac cleanup easier.Also, the mat 'shows' me in the rearview camera exactly where I need to park.Don't know if I got the best value, but it seems good enough! Just wonder if ones that are delivered rolled up would lay flatter than folded ones. The square creases do keep the water in pockets where it can be removed quickly by the wet vac.

This is a good quality product. The only reason I did not provide 5 stars is because I have only had it for a month; I don't know how long it will last. However, all indications are that this is a durable, well-made mat. I have never bought one before, so I wasn't sure what I was getting myself into. But after having parked my truck in the garage after a snowfall, and water spreading all over the garage, I needed a solution. The material is heavy gauge, the lip seems high enough, and it holds a lot of water. It was packaged well, had good instructions, and even came with a squeegee, which was both a surprise and essential, as I have no idea how I would have gotten all that water off the mat. The only thing I did was attach a longer handle. It came with some adhesive pads to adhere to the garage floor to help keep it in place, but I didn't bother. No adhesive is going to stick for very long to a concrete floor and the mat seems to stay in place. Yes, the mat is still wrinkled, but I couldn't expect more since I installed in December here in Ontario when it was 0 degrees celsius. A little pricey, but so far seems worth it.

It catches the winter snow & slush under my car when I park in the garage as I hoped. I probably should have bought the next size up or a little larger floor guard but it will still do. My wife bought one last year and it works well. Our biggest problem is the slush would melt from underneath then we'd have pools of water in the garage by morning & that would go up against the plaster sheet rock walls which made us fearful off mold so we tried this for a solution. The lips around the edges of the mat catch the water keeping it on the matt so then you can broom sweep off the water instead of the water laying & rolling around on the cement floor & going wherever it wants. Not to mention all that snow and salt has really ruined the garage already. Going forward these AutoFloorGuard Mats will save your garage & home in the long run. The mat is a durable, thick type of vinyl/rubber that can easily be laid down & rolled up in the spring. It has not ripped or torn at all since we bought the first mat 3 years ago & is holding up very well. Hopefully it will last for many many more years to come. The creases you see in the first photo is the fist time we laid it down on the floor & the creases will flatten out over time. The second photo is the one we bought years ago & still is holding up. Not sure why one mat had the website name & the other did not? They appear to be the same mat. The water, snow, slush & salt easily broom sweep off the mat & doesn't tear.

2016 - This did the trick during the snow times to keep my garage from becoming a lake. Clean up was easy using a shop vac. Mine never did lay flat, the wrinkles were always there even after sitting out recently in 70 degree sun the other day. I did learn that if water is not removed and it becomes deep even driving in slowly makes a wave that will over flow the side.Right now it is rolled up as small as I can manage without great effort and sitting next to a wall in the garage. I figure if I put it away the snow will come again. Rolling up for storage is something I will have to think about. It does not seem to roll as nicely as they did at the factory. Also folding the plastic to roll it is weird feeling. I hope it is soft enough that it will not crack, every time I bump it while walking by it the rolled up version feels like I am going to harm it. Probably not an issue just the feeling. Before you buy plan on area to store this. When I get it put up for final summer storage I will give the size I am able to compact it into. I hope I can store this in the heat of my shed.Jan 2017Second year of use, snow finally came. It never did make it to the storage shed last summer. It stayed rolled up one top of a table in the garage. I did use it while spray painting some wood trim as a floor tarp to keep my floor clean. It served that purpose well. Next time I will put water down before painting.
