I used 5 sets of this kit to create an anchor wall for my TRX and other elastic or staic band workout equipment. They are very solidly made and are holding up very well.

Strong enough for the hammock. My pregnant wife loves to spend time on the hammock and these hooks are strong once you install them.

Used to hang a swing from ceiling, durable and easy to use. However I'd recommend different screws than what came with it for more security if your actually holding weidt

I put these up in minutes. I actually used only one and had the other end of my Eno hammock attached to a tree with their straps. These braces work great. They seem very sturdy and you can always reattach them.

I got these to hang a swing in our basement from the wooden ceiling beams. It works great and holds myself and both kids totalling around 200lbs. It has proved great fun indoors during harsh winter days. I screwed it into wood not drywall but I've seen my kids really whip around in the swing and it's held fast. they're a little squeaky but a little oil and it should quiet down.

These are very sturdy. We used them to hang a climbing rope and a hammock from them and we have people around 200lbs jumping and hanging off them. They're great

I use these for leg lifts to support my (not light) body. I did this with my pull up bar, but the intense swinging and moving broke the pull up bar. This is working great so far.

Both the carabiners and the hooks feel like they are good and strong.

Used it to hang a swing from a structural beam. Plenty sturdy for 220lbs and probably a lot more. Make sure to pre-drill the holes.

There are several just like this. I bought them all and to compare and this the best one. Though the hanger is the same, the screws are not. These are longer, thicker, and have better threads. It would be perfect if they’d use a double weld (on the top and not just the bottom) to secure the loop to the bracket.
