Delivered as expected. All the pieces are here, they're well made and are working well so far. Not sure about the metal quality or how long everything will last in the weather, but I haven't had any issues adjusting anything yet.

Hardware is very good. Works as designed. Just throw away the wall anchors - they're the usual "included hardware" junk - and replace the screws, as they are useless. The cheap aluminum screws strip far too easily which I why I knocked off one star.
