Comfortable and easy to fold up and throw in the trunk. The only thing I don't like about these chairs is the plastic arm rests. I'm not sure how much weight they can take if you are the type of person to use the center of the rest to stand.

This chair was purchased for my husband. I got one a year ago. Any chairs from Target or Walmart we have gotten over the years don’t last and the seat stitching comes apart and they are a little flimsy. THESE are made exceptionally well, generously sized seating, are adjustable and hold up over 275 lbs. I highly recommend them, they will last for years and years. The construction is excellent, well worth the extra cost.

I am a plus size person and I was looking for a wider seat and something that would hold my weight. I was a little disappointed that for being a class size chair, that the seat was not wider than it is, the chairs, sturdy, and I do like the fact that it reclines. It is easier to get out of tight to sit in. I wish I could find this chair with a little wider seat. That would be the perfect chair for outdoors.

These chairs are great. After owning one for four years (which is still in perfect condition), we bought a second to go with it. As the title indicates, my now 94-year-old mother can move it around the garden fairly easily on her own, from sun to shade and back as the spirit moves her. I bought the first one as a birthday present for her. We finally decided it needed a mate. My hulking 16 year old son also likes them because when he mows the lawn, they are trivial for him to pick up and move out of his way with just one hand. Chair #1 looks like new and stands out in the garden from April through October every year. Then it folds nicely flat and goes into the shed for the winter. Chair #2 will now join it on this seasonal migration. My favorite chairs, two folding Adirondack chairs, are not nearly as popular with mower dude, and my mother can’t reposition them. But they have cup holders, which is the only feature this chair lacks.

After ordering 2 different sets of chairs that needed more than 1 person to assemble. I Gifted one set. The other is boxed in my garage. Finally I found this Chair. It's already assembled. Very sturdy, comfortable and looks great. It's with held the hot summer sun and rain extremely well. I'm very happy with this chair and plan to order more for my back deck.

For the weight limit on the chair it should be made wider

I am thrilled to have finally found a quality chair! After looking at literally dozens of chairs, trying at least a dozen of those, sending all but one of them back for comfort, design, and quality issues, I have finally found a truly great chair! I love how it folds out like a traditional lawn chair, so your feet can fit under it, or at least straight down. I love how it so easily adjusts the degree of recline. It is very sturdy, you don't feel any wiggling or creaking. The seat is the perfect height, the arms are the perfect height. It's easy to fold and unfold. It's not too heavy so I can carry it myself and don't need any help loading or unloading. It looks great. Clean, sleek design. And most of all...it is comfortable! I could sit in this all night. It was not my first choice because of some unfavorable reviews, but in my desperation for finding a good chair I came back to it and tried anyway. I am 5'6" and heavy with a back injury, and it fits me perfectly and painlessly. Turns out, I do not agree with any of the critical reviews. My chief complaint with all the others I've tried is that the sling back design of the fabric is short on fabric where the back meets the seat, creating an uncomfortable angle the puts pressure on the tailbone, forcing an unnatural curve (some slight, some not at all slight) that becomes pretty painful after a short time of sitting in it. Not only is this chair perfectly designed to avoid that flaw, but it even has a zipper there! So if you needed more room at the back, you can get it easily. That being said, I just got it, so it has not been out glamping yet. I can't testify to how well it travels or holds up outside being used all night. But it's so solid that I think it's probably going to work out great.I'm buying another one.

This is a great, sturdy chair. It's also comfortable and I feel secure sitting on it.The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is the arm rests are not as wide as I'd like. It's almost like a squeeze in until you're on the seat. For a 400 lb weight limit, I thought the arms would be a little wider. Kinda reminds me of the arm rests on airplanes.Otherwise it's great!
