I bought a set of two of these chairs for my big husband and I. My husband will not sit in a low seat at the beach. What I was attracted to was the weight limit capacity, style and zero gravity. The chairs are great at the beach but even more fantastic as we moved them to our rooms to sleep in them at night and they were more comfortable than the bed. I am not kidding. I have a back problem where I must sleep on my back and my husband must sleep raised up a bit. You can control the reclining in the chair whether sitting or sleeping. They may not be made exactly for the beach, but they worked. You need to dust off and clean to maintain integrity of the chairs. I love having the backup chairs/beds when we travel. You can use them outside at an concert, picnic, fishing, beach, camping and inside to sit or sleep. Anywhere really. They are multi purpose. The little table that attaches to the side is a little weak and everyone is correct on that. It holds some things but can easily fall off if leaning or bumped into. I happened to get a stroller hook and was able to hang my stanley cup on the side. The only other factor to worry about is the weight of these chairs. They are huge. I got the xxl/oversized which makes these chairs about 28 pounds each. It's a little heavy to carry around, but I ordered a cart with balloon wheels to do this with. We had gotten quite a work out without a cart to carry them. They may be a little heavier than you thought but they are so comfortable and I wished I had ordered them sooner. This was an excellent buy

These gravity patio chairs arrived last week. I was very presently surprised at the quality and the comfort of the chairs. I ordered the x-large chair because our 30 lb dog likes to sit on our lap and the size was perfect for that. I chose the grey color and it is beautiful. I feel sure after seeing the chairs any of the colors would be perfect for your particular decor. I highly recommend this chair which was very reasonably priced for the quality.

I bought this zero gravity chair for my back deck. So comfortable sitting up as well as reclining. And very easy to recline the chair and easy to lock in place. It is a great value for the price.

These chairs seem really nice. They're pretty heavy, which I like. We plan to use these in our backyard and store them under our covered patio; these aren't really for taking to soccer games or the beach... I love the color/appearance. These are our first and only antigravity chairs and I'm glad we went XXL. I'm 6'3" and 215lbs (tall and thin) and my hips don't hit the grommets on either side, which is nice. I wish XXL meant "Taller" too though. The foot pad hits the back of my ankles and my head would hit the top bar if not for the pillow. In other words, I couldn't use them without the foot pad and pillow. The tray works well and hopefully won't break; it seems brittle. The locks under the handles work well, but I don't really use them. The chair stays in every position fine unlocked. Maybe this will change over time, so glad to have the option to lock. It reclines as advertised, but not as far as other chairs. It's pretty much the same as my La-Z-Boy. It's comfortable, but my legs are below my heart/head (apparently some people like to tilt further). We found that these are easier to carry upside down to prevent awkward opening... We may buy zippered storage bags, but again, we don't plan to take these anywhere, so more for dust covers.My only complaint: The chairs came scratched and one was dusty because there was a pretty big hole in the box. They were both new (not returned by someone else), but still slightly damaged. We decided to keep them, assuming we'd scratch them up a bit anyway, but would be disappointing if they were a gift.

The chairs are very comfortable light weight and sturdy. My only complaints would the strong oder they gave off for the first few weeks and the upright position is just a bit too far back for comfortable socializing. If you want to relax and lean back they are awesome. I’ve fallen asleep in them many times. The drink holder snaps on well and holds drinks and has a slot for cell phone too —a great feature. These chairs look great and tilt back with ease. The locks work work well. Overall I’m pleased with this purchase
