The manifestations of excessive wear of clutch plates and clutches are:
1. The gears are not tightly engaged when engaged.
2. There are signs of looseness between the gears, which can easily cause slippage. The clutch feels like slipping, trembling or just not working
3. If the situation is serious, it will make the same sound as the car belt slips.
4. After refueling, the engine sound becomes louder but the speed does not change.
5. Increase the throttle and release the clutch, the motorcycle will rush for a few seconds before it dies.

Increased flywheel effect of steel plates improves power spread.

Includes the full set of friction, separator plates - steel plates and springs.
Which outlast stock alloy units and prevent heat distortion.
Note on unpacking:
The gasket is made of high-quality paper material. When peeling off the protective layer, pay attention to hold the gasket with one hand, gently pull the protective layer with one hand, and gently lift the protective film according to the shape of the gasket to prevent damage

These I have used on a quad and they fit perfectly to spec the quad I did them on is quicker to get up to speed and so snappy I recommend these 100%

Good fit on the clutch pack & springs.Unfortunately the gasket needed tweaking.The one hole that fit over a locating dowel pin had to be enlarged.If you have a hand paper hole punch, easy deal.Could use a dremel tool also.Good idea to replace the bolts that hold the springs to the clutch pack, which I did.I tightened mine to 72 inch. lbs.Very thin bolts, Honda could of stepped up the size for more meat.

This is my third clutch pack purchased and they all have installed just fine and the quads are super ready to rip on the clutch after, highly recommended

Super good and super cheap. When I first rode it I thought they were slipping but it was due to my clutch lever adjustment, so it had it halway engaged, I’m sure this broke it in a lot faster but once I adjusted that the difference was crazy! It got straight to the point. Didn’t know I needed new clutch plates till I got these. Worth the money!!
