Very happy with this purchase. The vest is very warm. There was an issue with the battery of the original vest and the company went above and beyond to rectify the issue. Couldn't be happier.

Update: fail do not buy! The battery is terrible and does not last.I’m going to preface this review by saying I am keeping this vest. I have a short neck and do not like jackets or vests that zip up around the neck like a turtle neck as the collars just end up in my face. Or the zipper rubs under my chin, so this vest was the best option. It is very warm without the heating elements on so I wear it all day while working new construction.I am however disappointed in a few things about this vest. First, I can feel pressure around my back from the wires throughout the vest to connect the heating pads. I would have suggested they use longer wire so they aren’t pulled taut while wearing. It’s annoying but I was able to put my hands in the pockets and move the wire towards the ground and that helped.Second THE BATTERY IS GARBAGE. I looked for a way to contact the seller about this but couldn’t find any contact info. The battery lasts about three hours on low, likely because it will not fully charge. I think I definitely got a faulty battery so I suggest if you do buy this vest get the one without the battery and get your own battery.Over all I would not suggest nor deter one from purchasing I would say “it does the job, but depending on your style and preferences, there are better options out there.”
