The 1st one was faulty sent it back the 2nd one did not get warm and stay warm. Would only provide heat for a couple of minutes

Price was high for product. If you are a woman buying this, the arm holes are very large as it is for man/woman.No pull cords at bottom of jacket. Others sellers, include.Only one zippered pocket inside jacket. Other sellers have 2, plus battery pack goes inside one of the outside pockets. Other sellers have pocket inside jacket for battery. So, difficult to put hand inside, outside pocket.Jacket very thin and no insulation. Hood would only break the wind if used.Only felt heat on center back coils.Had 3 bars of heat when started that only lasted 1 hour on high. Didn't bother trying other settings since high wasn't even really hot and that was just inside the house, not even In the elements. Not a good product. Kovnlo is a good vest for the money and liked the heated neck and shoulders feature. Pifmysedol was another good product, heavier and thicker than Kovnlo but, without shoulder heat. Being 70, Liked the shoulder and neck heat.

There is so much wrong with this vest from design, quality, battery life, and the fact it doesn’t heat. Don’t waste your time. I could write more but it’s just a bad product.
