In my original review I indicated having a problem with the control switch. I was contacted by Wasoto customer service who promptly took care of my concern and made it right. I have never had better communication from a vendor. I am very satisfied with the Wasoto heated jacket.

Got this vest because I’m a electrician that works outside all year round and hate freezing in the winter. Vest was decently priced which is why I went with this one. Worked well for a month but now the battery dies in about 2-3 hrs. It’s not super hot but it helps when it’s super cold. I guess it’s better then spending $200+

I got this heated vest a few months ago in preparation for colder weather. Now that it has been very cold, I've worn such. It is comfortable to wear even without using the heat function. It is a soft fleece that has a decent thickness. With the heat function turned on the low and medium settings, it is not quite enough heat to keep me as warm as I would like while outside in near freezing temperatures in the upper 30s, but when on the high setting it provided a good and comfortable amount of heat for the torso area in such near freezing temperatures. The pockets are large and I can easily fit my hands in the pockets while wearing work and casual gloves. The battery/power pack is removable, portable, and says it is 20,000 mAh (which is equal to about 8-9 AA batteries), and I have used it to recharge my phone and it can be used totally apart from the vest to power or recharge anything that has a USB rechargeable power port. It did actually very quickly recharge my phone similar to the rate of superfast charging (about 90 minutes to fully charge cell phone). In this regard, this vest’s power pack was and is quite impressive as a charger to use to recharge cell phones.The vest cannot be put in the washing machine due to containing electrical wiring and components. For this reason, I have been wearing such over a T-shirt and sometimes under a jacket or coat. Doing so helps to prevent it from getting dirty from sweat/body odor and from outside sources. Although it cannot be washed in a washing machine, it can easily be cleaned using a damp cloth and soap and gently wiping and rubbing it.The location of the heat components in the vest are located as depicted in the photos in the product description on Amazon. When putting my hands in the pockets, I can put my hands directly on top of the heat components in the front bottom area of the vest, and doing so helps to heat up my hands fairly quickly. When turned on, it takes about 3-5 minutes to fully get up to its high temperature. When fully charged, it worked just fine on the high setting all day for an entire 10 hour work day.In using this, it was most comfortable and the warmest when wearing it over a t-shirt and under a jacket. A jacket or coat helps to press it closer to the body and thus presses the heat components closer to the body, where they can provide heat faster and more significantly. Wearing this outdoors made a huge difference in terms of being comfortable outdoors in cold weather. I normally shiver a lot in the cold, but wearing this I did not shiver at all.Based on my entirely positive experience with this product, I have rated it as 5 stars. I highly recommend such to anyone looking for a good heated vest with a solid battery life and a versatile battery/power pack that can be removed and used to charge cell phones and other devices.

I have bought heated vests in the past which have notoriously run small as they come from China or Japan. This one fit true to size is comfortable and I like the felt fabric.

This will keep you comfortable. It comes in a nice bag that would make it perfect as a gift. I liked the no arms vest option as opposed to always having to have a heated jacket. I like to go out and throw the football with the kids during halftime of football games in the fall and winter, and this is excellent for keeping warm without disrupting my range of motion.

This vest is much better than others. This one has more heat spots. It fits really well. My favorite are the neck heaters. The warmth really helps my sore muscles. I like the gift pouch it comes with. The battery really lasts a long time.
