This pillow relaxes the neck, helps with fatigue, it is very uncomfortable to lie on it in the first minutes, but after that the muscles relax and become very pleasant, I recommend it for those who often have headaches and back pain.

After receiving this, the heat didn't work so I did ask for a return. But that same nigh I said to myself I will try it without the heat and it looked so cheap so I laid on it for 10 minutes and it was the first time in weeks that I didn't have a headache was it a coincidence so the next day I figure..d I'd try it again no heat I had thebest sleep ever. Then after the third night I tried it again and the sore back I had for months is gone so this little cheap thing that I thought was..... worked a miracle for me.I decided to keep it even without the heat..5 min in morning and 10 minutes at night.

I like this item - it is light and portable. You connect it through the USB connector (USB-a) to the outlet or to a power bank and enjoy. The heat is felt but is very gentle.Overall, I like it.

As someone who suffers from neck pain and finds heat to be a great source of relief, this is just what I needed. Definitely gets hot enough to feel the effects of the heat without burning skin and is comfortable enough to lay on long enough to get some relief. Don’t hesitate to try for yourself. Your neck will thank you!

I love my heated neck pillow. I suffer from chronic neck pain and this helps me relax along with gentle heat. It's comfortable, light weight and bring with me when I travel. Great product!!!!! Would recommend.

Great product! Especially if your neck is stiff from staring at a computer/phone screen all day!! The heating option is also very nice to help you relax more!
