I bought a few different heating pad choices. I ended up ordering 2 of these because they were the beds the cats loved. If I could rate 10 stars, I would.

WARNING!!!! My cat kneaded the bed and apparently a claw went into the pad. He was burned twice before I knew it was the bed. This should never be allowed to happen in a bed designed for a cat

Our 16 year old Siamese LOVES this bed! I put the 1/2" foam pad ABOVE the pad, which makes the warmth more even. Hubby wishes the product description declared it's wattage.

Great quality, easy to take out the warmer and wash when needed. Fluffy and cozy for our new kitty. Good size, he will grow into it more & keeps him warm during winter months.

Cats like it ok. I'm not sure how warm it gets. Could be fluffier. For the price, I would expect it to look more comfortable. Removable cover makes it easy to clean.
