Precautions for installation:

- 4. The ambient temperature during installation will affect the bending degree and hardness of the cable. Please install according to the following data:
- a. At 50 º F, the minimum bending radius of the heating cable is 1/2 ";
- b. At 32 º F, the minimum bending radius of the heating cable is 1 ";
- c. At - 4 º F, the minimum bending radius of the heating cable is 1-1/8 ";
- d. The minimum installation temperature of the heating cable is - 4 º F.

This product worked great. Until it didn't. I contacted the seller. They were very quick to answer and offered to send me a new one. So I would totally recommend this product. It works great and customer service is awesome.

Just installed Dec 3rd and on December 4th the strip was not working. Wasted the money and amazon says my return date has expired when it just got cold enough to use.
