Im an elderly female living in an assisted living facility and bought this scale to help with health and paid someone $50 to assemble and then paid to put wheels on in case need to move it a few inches. Wheels changed weight stability of scale and now paid to remove them and want to send back but seller is refusing and questioning me and wants me to call for technical assistance. I give up.

I just received the 2nd set of wheels to fit my HealthOMeter scale, model 450kl, and they just won't work. Followed instructions and any variation I could come up with and they tip the scale and render it inoperable.Maybe if the wheels for the 450kl were sent instead of the wheels for the 400kl,402kl and 402lb they just might work.

no need to buy these unless you are weighing someone over 350 lbs...it is a well made product though and works with the healthOmeter scale which is the best scale i've ever owned

the wheels are nice and affordable, but really not necessary unless you cant lift 50 pounds. however if the scales last 30 more years then indeed the wheels will come in handy!
