I like to play Legere artificial reeds on my clarinet and saxophone. I noticed that the tips were curling and submitted a support request to Legere and they responded that the reeds needed to be stored on a glass surface.This is the third case like this that I've ordered (from 3 different suppliers, but the cases are identical). They work perfectly to keep my reeds in proper working condition. I have one case with my sax, one with my clarinet and one that the plastic holding the reed broke after many years of service.I'm glad I can find someone listing these on Amazon when I need to buy one.

This is q beautiful wooden reed case that's held shut with rare earth magnets. The reeds are held to the table by a couple of little rubber straps - I don't know how long they'll last but the case is very very nice and will look good for years.
