Purchased this as an upgrade because my previous head strap was uncomfortable. I had to tighten in really tight to prevent it from feeling like it would fall off, which then left lines on my face for quite awhile after I was done play. This one cradles the back of my head, adjusts easy, takes pressure off of the face unit and barely leaves any lines on my face. My grandson used it and couldn't stop raving about how much he liked it more than his! Definitely recommend...

Only downfall to this specific head strap is that is doesn't fit in the case we have for when it isn't being used.

super easy to change out from the stock head strap to this one.love that I can just put it on like a hat now instead of fumbling around with the strappy floppy one that comes with it. also super easy to adjust.
