No complaints, this seems to be a very well built step ladder and easy to open and close.

Very easy to setup and take down. Once folded storage is easy because it’s slim and can be easily stored away.

This ladder is just the one that I needed for the additional foot higher. So glad that I got it. For me, it's ideal, but I don't think this ladder is for everyone.I'm 5', 110 lbs., and 70-something. I'm not nervous about heights. Now, to be fair, I don't know if the problem is the ladder or my house. My house is over 100 years old and has original hardwood under carpet. The ladder is well built but it is not sturdy. From the bottom to the top step, the ladder wobbles under my weight. It is a very narrow ladder. I suspect that a person that is physically more than I am, might be uncomfortable regarding safety and stability. The ladder weighs about 24 pounds, that's almost too much for me to lift, but I can manage since I don't have to do it every day.The ladder does a nice flat fold, it doesn't need much space for storage. Reviews have mentioned that the tray needs to be secured with included screws. I don't see the problem. I put the screws in for the tray, and as far as I can tell, there's no reason that it can't be left that way permanently.I bought the ladder because I'm hanging 10' ceiling to floor curtains. It will be great for cleaning the ceiling fans, changing bulbs and other common tasks around the house. I'm glad that I bought this ladder, and I have no concerns about my safety when using it. Just take note as to your agility level. The ladder is well made. I don't give it much importance for a ladder, but since it's there, I like the white finish and smoother feel. The surface of the frame and the treads do make it easier on my sensitive hands.

The ladder has 5 steps reach 46 inches in height. And it has an upper tool step. The steps have rubber texture. It is very sturdy. The package that I received is missing the 2 bolts to secure the top tool step. Otherwise it is a decent 5-step ladder at a good value.

I like this ladder. It is sturdy, well build, and feels very safe. I like the hold bars at the top and the tool/pain can holder. The ladder latches open to prevent accidental folding. My only complaint is they show the safety/holding bar being folded down for storage. It is bolted into place with my lock capture nuts. Folding it requires removal of those nuts and bolts. Nylock nuts should not be reused...but most people do anyway. Still, folding it down would be a painful process.Still, I love this ladder.

I purchased this ladder for our kitchen, as we had new cabinets put in that go all the way up to the cieling. I was a bit skeptical, as a few reviews said the ladder was wobbly. I'm about 190LBS, and I've climbed the ladder to the fourth step, and feels very sturdy. And it fold up nicely, to tuck it away in a corner, or another room. The colour matches our kitchen perfectly as well. I definitely recommend this product

If you’re like me and often find yourself reaching for things on high shelves or needing a little extra height around the house, the HBTower Step Ladder is an absolute game-changer. This folding step stool has made everyday tasks so much easier and safer, and I can’t believe I didn’t get one sooner. Here’s why I’m so impressed with this step ladder:Sturdy Construction & Safety: The HBTower Step Ladder is made of high-quality, lightweight aluminum, which gives it both strength and portability. Despite its light weight, it feels incredibly sturdy and secure when in use. The ladder has wide, anti-slip steps, which provide excellent footing, even when I’m standing on the highest step. The non-slip feet add another layer of safety, ensuring that the ladder stays firmly in place, whether I’m using it on tile, hardwood, or carpet. The safety lock is another great feature. When the ladder is folded, it stays securely locked in place, so I don’t have to worry about it accidentally unfolding while storing or carrying it. When in use, the lock ensures the ladder stays steady and prevents any wobbling.Compact & Easy to Store: One of the best things about this step ladder is how compact and foldable it is. When not in use, it folds down to a very slim profile, which makes it easy to store in small spaces—like in a closet or under the kitchen sink. It doesn’t take up much room at all, which is a huge bonus for people who live in apartments or homes with limited storage space.Even though it’s compact, it’s surprisingly tall and provides the extra height I need to reach higher shelves, light fixtures, or change light bulbs. It’s perfect for indoor tasks like organizing kitchen cabinets, accessing hard-to-reach spots in closets, and even doing some light painting or cleaning.Comfortable to Use: The step ladder is extremely comfortable to use, thanks to the wide, sturdy steps and the ergonomic handle on top. The handle gives me something to grip for added stability when I’m climbing up or coming down, and it feels very secure. I also appreciate that the steps are spaced comfortably apart, making it easy to climb without feeling cramped or off-balance.Versatile: This ladder is incredibly versatile, and I’ve used it for a variety of tasks. Whether it’s getting a high-up box in my attic, reaching items in kitchen cabinets, or even cleaning the windows, the HBTower Step Ladder has been the perfect solution. It’s not just a ladder; it’s a step stool that helps with small tasks like reaching items on the top shelf of a bookcase or giving the kids a boost to wash their hands at the sink.Build Quality & Durability: Despite being lightweight, the build quality is impressive. The aluminum frame feels durable and resistant to wear and tear, and the steps are made from a sturdy material that doesn’t bend or flex under weight. I’ve used it numerous times, and it still looks brand new. It’s clear that this ladder is built to last.Overall Thoughts: The HBTower Step Ladder is a fantastic product that delivers on both safety and convenience. It’s compact, durable, and easy to use—everything you’d want in a step ladder. Whether you’re tackling home improvement projects, cleaning, or just need a little extra height for everyday tasks, this ladder is the perfect tool for the job.I highly recommend the HBTower Step Ladder to anyone in need of a reliable and space-saving ladder. It’s made my life so much easier, and I’m confident it will do the same for you. It’s a must-have in any home!

This 4 step ladder is perfect for changing light bulbs on my 10 ft ceiling and painting the tops of the walls. It's black color and patterned steps make it less industrial looking than most indoor ladders of this type and it folds very thin for storage. The top handle and tool/paint tray folds down for smaller storage too; but not very conveniently as it requires removing two bolts. Also if those bolts are not sufficiently tightened, that top handhold is a little shaky (not good for such a tall ladder). This ladder's steps are not as wide as others of it's height but it opens wide enough to be very stable.I am very happy with it for the price and recommend it.

Purchased on 50% discount and feel that was a fair price for quality. It wobbled a bit right out of the box on hard floors but nothing horrible.Getting the tray folded down took some doing, and I was afraid I would break the plastic. It does work, though.Steps are wide for your foot but narrow at the hip, if you are plus sized I would consider a different model.Undoing the bolts to fold the top handle down would be a pain, so currently storing it full length. Would be nice if there was an attached box or bag to store them in when folded.Tall enough to reach my 10 ft ceilings at 5'6", still need some assist for lights at 12+ feet.

Sturdy small ladder that allows just enough height to be able to change over head light bulbs. Easy to catch your fingers in the ladder when folding it up however. Doesn't lock when folded up which kinda sucks.

I use this in my dressing room so I can reach the top shelves near the ceiling. It’s easy to open and close and folds away to a very thin profile that is out of sight in seconds. The size is perfect and it’s very sturdy!
