This is a well made ladder , just not quite what I was looking for or expecting I suppose. It's just a bit heavy and awkward for me to unfold and get set up. It's a bit unsteady feeling when fully extended but it's worked fine for multiple times now getting up to the roof. I will say that I'm a 70 yr old female who while once very strong working on the farm and still doing my own work now, I am not quite as capable with some things as I used to be. It does have a nice steady base and the lock in rods on the sides work well and keep it in place. It was handy to get into an uneven and small area where no other ladder would remotely begin to work and that's really why I bought it so I can't complain. My ground is very uneven and lots of cramped places that I need a tall ladder. All in all I'm satisfied.

I use it all the time - it is so easy to adjust the height and move around (I am a female - lol - and most are too clunky). I love the blue, too!

I bought this ladder in mid July 2024. Good quality for light/medium home use, but, not commercial grade. Assembles easily (10 minutes). PROBLEMS:1. I ordered a 17 foot ladder from Amazon and received a 14 foot ladder.2. When fully extended, the ladder is only 11 foot tall, not 14 foot. The product description IS NOT ACCURATE! I returned the 14 foot ladder and Amazon shipped me the correct ladder (17 foot version). It DOES NOT extend to 17 feet, it only extends to 14.5 feet! It will written for what I need, so I am keeping it. Otherwise, be aware that the length, as advertised, is not accurate for any of their ladders!

This is so easy to put together and to use.10 minutes after getting it home, I was climbing it to do some work. It feels very steady and solid, but it's half the weight of another brand name ladder folding ladder that I always dread to haul around. I think it is now retired! I'll keep is around to use it in its scaffolding mode. This is a nice modern take of the multi mode ladder, it inspires confidence in this senior citizen. The only thing wrong, is the tiny mallet that is included. It is too small to be useful, and wailing away with it is definitely an exercise in frustration. I enclose a pic of what's actually needed.

Love that this ladder is very versatile, was able to use it on my staircase to hang pictures. A little heavy to handle - I'm female, late 50's. But easy enough to operate the latches to change positions. Feels rock solid and no wobbles at all.

I was in desperate need of a ladder, and in perfect Amazon form, it was delivered quite quickly. Relatively easy to put together, just a bit of maneuvering (and light rubber-malleting?) and there you have it. Your brand new ladder. I go to move the thing up the stairs and it transports relatively well. It’s not terribly bulky or dissimilar from other ladders of comparable size. I get to where I need to use it (not even sure what it was at this point because the next part frustrated me so much.) I go to unfold it and it locked into place pretty easily. The J-hooks make a *clank* so you know they’re in. And here comes to best part:IT CANT FIT THROUGH A STANDARD SIZE DOOR.Unreal! I was so irked. Still am, just writing this. The dang blue rubber grippers on the extensions are too bulky and they bump into the door jamb. (To be clear, I refer to the jamb as the little middle rectangle of the door that kinda sticks out all around, but particularly the sides.) I tried doing some extra attentive rubber-malleting (I’m sticking by the term; sounds official) to push the stupid grippers even further in, in case they weren’t already. No chance. They didn’t budge, which to their credit, means they install very easily the first time. There was still far too much extending from the supports to even have a chance to make it through the door. So, in order to fit into a doorway and move around one while folded in a standard *^* shape, you have to bend it into a *|* shape and then bring it back to the *^* shape in the doorway area so each side is on either side of the door. Expert level shifting and rotating also works, if you have the space on their side of the door, but it does not work in tight spaces at all!Of course the manual says the two metal supports HAVE to be used otherwise I would’ve just yoinked them out and gone about my business.I got my replacement from Home Depot of a very similar variety (don’t have the model for you right now) and it worked as it should. fit through the door like all ladders should dream to do. The J-hooks on that one were even better - similar to how ‘you don’t know a good thing till it’s gone’, but… the opposite of that. Gotta have the easy close J-hooks.The Amazon model I got was sturdy enough with my 170lbs on there and it folded fine enough. Just don’t buy it. I returned the thing but already threw out my box. I disliked this ladder so much I mashed together some totally sketch looking mess of a box from pieces of spare boxes around the house and taped it all with embarrassing amounts of duct tape just so I could lug the thing to USPS to return it. Surprised they took it back, honestly. Save yourself the hassle. Please.

Nice sturdy ladder. It was out of the box and being used within 10 minutes. It's rock solid. However - I bought 15ft ladder primarily to clean out the eaves on the house. I should've bought the 20ft - I'm about 5' 5", and couldn't quite reach properly. It was perfect for the garage roof though. Also... in my haste, I used it without installing the stabilizer feet, on uneven ground - definitely not recommended. The feet are now attached, and I'm looking for more places to use my new ladder. I gave it 3 stars for weight. It's really not that heavy, but a bit awkward for a senior.

A great price point for a multi purpose ladder - step ladder, stair ladder, A frame, and tall leaning ladder… it does it all with a sturdy frame that easily transitions among configurations. The extra stabilizers at the base make me feel secure as I scale the heights.

It took a minute to get the stabilizing legs on, but the ladder is strong and well built. It is very adjustable. I had a job close to a very high ceiling and I felt secure being up that high while it was configured in extension mode

This ladder is solidly built and feels very stable when in use. The multi-position design is super handy for different tasks, and the removable tool tray is a nice bonus. It’s a bit heavy, but the durability and functionality make it worth it.
