I've been using these hand pruners for months. The blade still looks new and is sharp. There's no rust or discoloration on the pruners which is remarkable considering the Florida climate that is rusting me. They're comfortable to use. The spring mechanism is still taut, and I like the safety closure.

If you need pruning shears, these are the ones you need. They're sharp, they're durable, they don't rust and they are simple. I bought some with the plastic handles in a big box store for the same price, they lasted only 1 year and they are nothing to compare to these ones.

Just received and tried them out. They're the best I ever used and I've had several over my 82 years. They felt good in my hand, are just the right weight and cut beautifully. (much better than the pair with plastic handles that I purchased last year) They look to be quality built and I'm sure they will last.

Went out to the porch to prune some potted bushes that were getting a bit wild and in the way. Not my usual job, my wife tends to foliage and flowers in and outside the apartment. So I picked up the pruning shears in the drawer. They were so dull they could hardly cut the thinnest branch. I immediately went to the computer and opened Amazon to find something better. And found this pruning shear. What a difference, what a fine, sharp, built to last tool this is. If you are looking for quality gardening tools, look no further than Haus & Garden products, they are the real deal. My wife approves.
