The Harwil Q12DS501.54SNO1 Q12DS Flow Switch 1/2" NPT is an OEM product used in my SPA to detect water flow. I ordered this product from Below Cost Products and the item was processed and delivered very quickly. After 3 Months the item failed and I contacted customer service inquiring about what warranty, if any, was applicable to this product. Once it was established that the item failed and it was not an installation issue Below Cost Products Australia sent a replacement item at their cost. What impressed me the most was that the item was again sent DHL and arrived very quickly. The company as they say is committed to providing each customer with the highest standard of customer service. Would definitely do business with them again.
