Our French Lavender
We have selected this lavender from a French grower based in the Alpes de Haute Provence. The lavender was harvested during the summer of 2024. The variety chosen by Olilly is lavandin grosso, a very fragrant lavender. Our sachets are handmade and packed in a plastic bag for better shelf-life.
Using the Lavender Sachets:
The sachets are made of fine organza in order to release as much lavender scent as possible. However, after a few weeks of use, it will be necessary to crush the lavender flowers in order to release additional fragrance. Your sachets can thus continue to be used over a longer period.

I bought these sachets to put into my chest of drawers, to prevent moths getting in. They are very nice smelling and are well contained bags of lavendar and a good size too.

I am using the product to keep items stored in storage bins fresh smelling. I am not able to tolerate the smell of American lavender, but French lavender is very subtle. This product is very nice.

Nice satchets, questionable quality. The scent barely filled my small bedroom for more than the evening they delivered, and I used all satchets all over. Thought they'd be nice to have to keep my room fragrant, I guess they weren't fresh enough.

Sachets i bought in the past were covered with first netting, and then satin or silk material. This last batch was covered in netting only, and is a bit strong for me. i will probably cover the netting with one or two layers of fabric. I have head that using a lighter strength of potpourri makes the sachet scent last longer. I loved learning that lavender can be revitalized one or two times by rolling--actually squishing--the sachet between my palms.
