You are getting 2 pins and you may think that one of them is GO and another - NO-GO plug gages. But the tolerance of the hole to be inspected are not given, so it raises a suspicion. And you are right to be suspicious - both pins are exactly the same. I have ordered 2.000 mm pins and both of them measure 2.001 mm with my trusty Mitutoyo digital micrometer. You really need more precise instrumentation for such inspection, but that's all I've got. The pins are in tolerance according to product description and they are well made. Each of them is placed in a little plastic bag inside a plastic vial. I already have several sets of imperial sized plug gages and these metric pins will compliment them.

I usually only get class z pins but sometimes I get carried away with accuracy for most my purposes I could just have used just drill rod anyway. So I started using the x class pins and have even started using drill rods which still give me more accuracy than I actually need. I realize It's habit for me to keep getting what we used to use in the shops. This has caused no problems at all in my home shop. I just don't need the accuracy that I use to. And this has helped my budget too.
