Still working good. Good size wires. Breakers work good. Wish where the main wires go out was lined up better with the grommets. You have you fish the wire up then put a small bend in it to put it in the breaker. All in all a good quality combiner box. I have 4 330 watt panels connected to it.

nice box but cheap Chinese circuit breakers are suspect. i just hooked up this box to one string w/24000watts of panels. the input input circuit breakers have C16 printed on them. i only tested the first input breaker & it has not tripped when 25+ amps run through it.i will be testing the other circuits soon.

This is one of the BETTER solar combiner boxes on the market. It comes with 4 - 16A Circuit Breakers, one for each solar panel string. These are wired using 11ga wire which is good for about 20-25A. Each individual circuit can handle up to a 550W panel. Each panels maximum short circuit current is 14A, so a 16A Breaker works perfect. This would mean a total of 4 - 550W panels, 2200W in total with a max of about 60A current. These feed into an 80A Maximum output Circuit Breaker. This is wired using 7ga wire which is good up to about 85A.The busbars are high quality and the cable management is very good using wire channels with covers. The only thing I would like to see them fix/change is using the Red 7ga wire for the Neg. output side. It should be either Blue or Black! Also the ground wire nuts on the door and case were not tightened. Need better Quality Control. They lost a star for the Red wire and the loose nuts.I would recommend this unit and would buy it again.

This product is used on board a boat for a solar rack that has panels oriented in 3 different directions. Since the inverter is located in the engine room, there was a need for a dedicated place to connect the powerlines from the different solar panels. The unit looks nice with the items described in the specifications. Lockable door and a good gasket all the way around on the inside. The through-couplings for the exit DC at the bottom should (or could) have some rubber gasket, but I will fill it with an appropriate putty. The MC4 connectors er good. I'll add MC4 diodes at the bottom when they arrive. All in all: This was value for money.

Not installed as yet. Well built. Should function as site claims. Price is right.

Terrible workmanship. The screws weren't tight. The cables are too thin.
