This product is so amazing my rep uses every single day. I love how you can set the exact time. It fills a very good amount of food and I don’t have to refill the top for a long time. It is definitely worth the money. Everything is super easy to program and assemble my rabbit. Loves it so much every time she hears it she runs over and know she’s getting food. i’m very happy I got it. it seems super sturdy. It is so functional in a tiny space. The noise is a little bit loud, but totally bearable, and you can either plug it in or charge it, which I love.

This feeder is nothing but an unreliable headache.Initially, the app was glitchy (it still is) and deleted my rabbit's feeding schedule multiple times. Then, the feeder started intermittently beeping, indicating that it was no longer networked / connected. I put it back on the network, recreated my pet's feeding schedule (again)... twenty minutes later it was beeping again. This happened so much yesterday that I just unplugged the machine and am tossing it and buying something else. The bottom line is that the last thing you want with an automatic feeder is it to be unreliable; you want to be rest assured that your pet is being fed. Who cares about a silly web camera and speaker function when the feeder isn't doing its principle task.PS - Customer service was unresponsive and the FAQ/troubleshooting in the app is a total joke.Buy something else if you actually want your pet to be fed.

I've been looking for something like this for a while. So far no connection issues. Took me little bit to figure out what goes where. Camera is nice to have to see if your pet is eating. Wish it came with how much is one portion. Overall I really like the device just need clearer instructions.

I had this automatic feeder set up for two days before it got jammed while I was away. Luckily I have a security camera set up and saw that no food was coming out. I would not trust this product to feed my pets while I'm out of the house for longer than a workday.Also, I have a Critter Nation cage which has horizontal 1/2 in bar spacing, and this feeder has a large spout about 1-inch tall. I was able to set it up by removing the bottom grate and placing the tip of the spout below the actual cage, but it's not a secure fit and the kibble falls onto the floor sometimes.

Our bunnies are OBSESSED with their pellets and would start rattling the cage at 5AM for breakfast. I was planning to make a cat or dog feeder work somehow but was worried because the bunny food we use has banana chips and chunks of things with various sizes. This works well with their food because it’s using gravity and was very easy to install. We did have to clip a few wires to make the dispenser fit but it was super simple and worth it. I bought half price on Black Friday and I’m not sure if I would feel the same way at full price but, for what I paid, it’s the best thing ever.

Automating the feeding of my rabbit has been helpful in my daily routine and sets her up to be taken care of when we travel. Setup was really easy, though I had to cut one of the bars on the rabbit hutch for a chute to fit. Total time was about 5 minutes. It’s great that this utilizes the Smart Life app, so I don’t have some random extra app on my phone. Functionality is flawless, camera is clear. Very pleased with this feeder!

I bought these for my 4 guinea pigs and while they work great, they must be plugged in for the live view camera to work and to set the feeding schedule.One review video had them outside, so I thought it would be completely wireless. Finding out it wasn't, was disappointing. To make matters worse, my guinea pigs were able to pull the cord through their enclosure and completely chewed through the power cord! Luckily it's just a USB-C cable and I had an extra, but definitely wish I didn't need the cord to check in on them while I'm at work.Overall, I'm still glad I got these as it is the only automatic feeder for small pets I had been able to find! It definitely helps me make sure they aren't getting too much at a time but still plenty enough through the day!The app was a little challenging to connect two cameras to, but I love the multi camera view! I'd still buy them again!
