The fit was a bit more loose than expected & the elastic band in the waist gets twisted. Overall, these shorts are comfortable & lightweight, good for casual wear.

Fabric pretty nice - partly cotton. Waistband is at least 2-3” wide. I like the pockets. Price is nice, and inseam is appropriate for a larger woman. I use these when working out at home.

Summers are miserable were I live and these shorts look nice and are so comfortable. They're cotton, which is hard to find, and perfect thickness, not too thin or thick. I love the length, they hit about middle of thigh, so perfect length . They function as expected and I've since bought more. Great cotton shorts

I almost never wear shorts. It had reached the point where I didn’t own a single pair of shorts, and needed some for beach use. So I ordered these. I like the length and fit, which allows comfort and modesty. The fabric is stretchy, but has a nice heavy feel. I’ve only worn them once so far, but they worked out well.

I love these shorts! They’re slightly thicker for winter time, are well made, and perfect for either lounging around the house or running errands. I ordered the navy color; I’ve washed these several times and they haven’t shrunk or faded. In my opinion, they run pretty true to size. Highly recommend!

Don't normally leave reviews BUT these are a must ! I'm not a shorts kind of girl, as I've never liked getting my legs out , but turning 40 made me reconsider. I am 5" 8 and normally a size 14 / 16 pending where I get clothing from - These shorts are a perfect fit ( I ordered the 1X) very very comfortable for thos ladies who have generious hips and thighs. The length is perfect and the material is really really good quality. I love them ! I have the black pair and yesterday I ordered the navy 😊 Would highly recommend 👌

I LOVE these shorts! Extremely comfortable, stretchy fabric... Fit me perfectly. I normally wear denim shorts, have forever, but these have made me re-think my wardrobe! Since denim shorts have become so expensive, the little thrifty lady who lives in my mind loves the price & convinced me try them.. I originally bought these for cleaning, yard work, etc where I might stain up my denim shorts, but after wearing these, I've decided to buy many pairs for everyday shorts! They'd actually be fine for running errands, too! They're sharp looking shorts! The thick waistband, sits right at my waist, not necessarily in style, but I love it! I'm an older lady & still like my shorts/jeans, etc to sit at my waistline. I rarely tuck my shirts in anymore, but a tucked in shirt would look nice with the thick waistband. No puckering around the elastic give these shorts a nice look, no need to hide it. Long story short, I love these and will buy lots more and will wear them almost daily!! Lots of colors available, too! The picture of the model shows the shorts to fit right at the knee, but they're shorter than that on me. I'm long legged & they fit just right, at mid-thigh. The inseam length is 7", perfect for us "mature" ladies...(To help you with sizing... I'm 5'7" tall & I'm a bit over weight, weighing in at 200. I'm carrying most of my extra pounds in my waist and butt. UGH! Can't believe I'm saying all this, lol, but hate it when reviews don't tell you what you need to know, so I'll be honest... I bought mine in 1X and they fit me PERFECTLY!! Just buy according to the size chart, or your normal size & you'll be fine! The material is very stretchy & forgiving)Hope this review helps you make your choice. In my opinion, you can't go wrong with these shorts! Go ahead & buy them! Treat yourself to several!
